These Terms apply to your use of the Keys Media Studio website and any services we provide. By using the site, requesting a quote, or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Keys Media Studio provides media and marketing services, which may include photography, video production, editing, brand content, social media content production, and related creative services.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined in your proposal, statement of work, or invoice. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls.

Quotes, fees, and payments

Pricing is based on the scope you approve. Fees, payment schedule, and due dates will be shown in your invoice or proposal.

• Deposits may be required to schedule production time (if a deposit is required, it will be stated in writing).
• Third-party costs (for example: ad spend, location fees, permits, platform subscriptions, rush shipping, or travel) are separate unless included in writing.
• Late payments may pause work and delivery until the account is current.

Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

Production dates and deadlines depend on access, weather, and timely client feedback. If your project includes on-site work, you are responsible for ensuring access to the property/location.

• If your proposal includes specific reschedule/cancel terms, those apply.
• If not stated, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an on-site shoot.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed to cover crew time and reserved production time.

Refunds

Because our work is scheduled time and custom production, refunds are limited. Any refund terms must be stated in your proposal or invoice.

• Deposits (if used) are generally non-refundable once production time is reserved and planning has started.
• Completed work, partially completed work, and delivered digital files are not refundable.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, brand assets, and approvals needed to complete the work.
• Confirm you have permission to film/photograph at the location and to use any materials you provide to us.
• Review deliverables promptly and provide consolidated feedback within a reasonable time.

Intellectual property and usage

Unless your written agreement states otherwise:

• Keys Media Studio retains ownership of raw footage, working files, project files, templates, and drafts.
• After full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final delivered assets for your business marketing and promotion.
• You retain ownership of materials you provide to us, and you grant us permission to use them to perform the services.

Portfolio use: Unless you request otherwise in writing before the project starts, you allow Keys Media Studio to display final deliverables (or excerpts) for portfolio and self-promotion.

Third-party platforms and links

Your project may involve third-party services (for example: social platforms, website hosting, analytics tools, payment processors, or scheduling tools). Those services have their own terms and policies. Keys Media Studio is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or service interruptions.

No guaranteed results

Marketing performance can be affected by factors outside our control (market conditions, pricing, inventory, platform algorithms, and audience behavior). We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Keys Media Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will change when updates are posted. Your continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
