Until we built this, there was no real production studio between Key Largo and Key West.
Your options were a three-hour drive north, a spare-bedroom setup that sounded like a spare bedroom, or a freelancer with a shotgun mic and a prayer.
We built this because the Keys deserved better than that.
The studio handles podcasts up to four people on mic, longform video, talking-head content, executive headshots, and product photography. Every booking includes a producer who runs the shoot. We don’t dry-hire. You show up, we run it, you walk out with something usable.

We’ve built brands for boutique resorts, helped a Marathon agent get named Best Realtor in 2025, and ran the content system behind 2.4 million video views and a 5.2% engagement rate on our own channels before we sold it as a service.

We built the studio because we wanted somewhere to make our own work better. Then we realized the Keys didn’t have one for anybody else either.

Common questions.
No. Everything is provided — cameras, microphones, lights, teleprompter, and acoustic treatment. Just bring yourself and your content. We handle the technical side.
A full Production Day includes studio access, a dedicated producer, camera operator, and basic editing. You define what you want to film — interviews, podcast episodes, brand content — and we execute it. Most clients walk out with 2–4 weeks of content from a single day.
Both options are available. We offer single Production Days for one-time projects and monthly podcast retainers for ongoing content. Most ongoing creators benefit from a retainer since it locks in your rate and production slot.
Marathon, Florida — roughly the geographic center of the Florida Keys. About 1.5 hours from Miami, accessible from both ends of the Keys without having to drive to Key West or Miami for a proper studio.
Up to 4 guests on-mic for podcast recordings. For video and headshot sessions, we can accommodate talent, clients, and production crew — typically up to 6–8 people in the space comfortably.
The Studio is built for any kind of professional video or audio content. Podcast shows, YouTube channels, brand videos, headshots, product photography, real estate marketing content, and executive interviews are all common uses. If it involves a camera, a mic, or a light, we can handle it.
