Three years of working in content every day, distilled into a system. Not a course. Not a methodology we sell. The actual operational backbone of how Keys Media Studio works for clients.
For The Show clients, the Beacon Framework handles show format and cadence, content flow (batch recording keeps you a month ahead), distribution and repurposing, and monthly performance review — automatically.
What we handle: everything from recording day production to clips, transcripts, show notes, distribution, and reporting. What you handle: showing up to record, and approving the final cut. That’s it.
Bonuses Included with The Show
Show Launch Package — Show naming, logo, cover art, trailer episode, and submission to Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and Amazon. We handle every piece of getting the show into the world. Included for Founding Members.
Locked Pricing for 12 Months — Founding Member rate of $4,500/month is locked for 12 months. Standard rate after the first cohort: $5,500/month.
The Keys Day — Your monthly recording day includes B-roll capture on the dock, around the property, and on the water. Footage delivered for use in show promo, social, and brand content.
Beacon Framework Integration — Your podcast plugs into the same content system that powers Keys Media Studio’s social and listing media work. Episodes feed clips. Clips feed long-form social.

Additional services can be added to any engagement when needed. Packages are designed to provide the most value, while A La Carte services allow flexibility when additional production is required.
Talking Head Reel (30–60 seconds) — Basic Extraction $75 per clip
A short-form reel extracted from existing long-form recordings with editing and captions, including a strong hook and pacing optimized for social media.
